Flight Rescheduling: The passenger must notify the new flight and schedule to the emergency telephone number indicated in this voucher.
Cancellation / Modification: All cancellations must be notified in writing at least 48 hours prior to the date of service, subject to the penalty policies of each provider.
Waiting time: Waiting time is approximately 20 minutes, depending on the number of passengers in the vehicle assigned for the transfer. Passengers who do not show up during the waiting time will not be entitled to a refund.
No Show: Passengers who do not show up at the established times will be considered as “No Show” and will be charged 100% without the right to reimbursement or cab payment. Once at the destination please indicate to our operator your cell phone number to keep in touch via WhatsApp.
