About the destination: Curaçao is an island in the Caribbean, among the group known as the ABC Islands alongside Aruba and Bonaire. One of the most notable things about the island is its culture. It is the smallest inhabited sea island divided between two nations, the division dates to 1648. The southern Dutch part comprises Sint Maarten and is one of four constituent countries that form the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The northern French part comprises the Collectivité de Saint-Martin (Collectivity of St. Martin) and is an overseas collectivity of France. The most importants places to see in Saint Martin are the Butterfly farm, stroll through hundreds of colorful butterflies under a tented mesh and the Pic du Paradis, is the highest point on the island with two viewing areas that provide great views. Also beaches are a main attraction on the island of Saint Martin, it has 37 beaches total one particularly famous beach is Maho Bay beach on the "Dutch side".
